Wow, what a way to kick off the Pies and Pees blog. Goomeri may not be the biggest place on earth, but it is batting way above its average as far its bakery is concerned. The bar has been set; high!
This little shop, in the town know for its pumpkin festival, has the best bakery we have ever come across. The pies are incredible, and the array of high end cakes and pastries are a visual and culinary delight.
To top off a great experience, the staff are outstanding, the shop is spotless and the ambiance is perfect country chic.
